We collect the email address you submit. Demo requests may also include a phone number, name, organization, and request details.

We use the information only to manage early access, send important Pize release messages, or respond to the demo request you submitted.

Cloudflare provides hosting, abuse protection, queues, and database processing. Resend sends the related product emails. Cloudflare email catch-all is used only to receive forwarded mail, not to send product messages.

Waitlist records are kept for up to 24 months. Demo requests are kept for up to 12 months from submission or the first accepted applicant receipt. Short-lived submission and webhook identifiers are removed after 30 days.

If you unsubscribe, complain, or an address permanently bounces, Pize may keep a keyed, non-reversible contact hash and the reason so that automated messages remain stopped. This record does not contain the original address or free-text request.

You can unsubscribe from release messages through the link in an email. You may also ask us to delete or restrict your form information.
